I cycle several times per week and I'm not sure what happened today. Attached is a photo of my first ride this morning (a second ride this afternoon yielded the same map-less results). As you can see, everything was fine a couple of days ago but today everything was logged as usual but no map appeared. It does appear on my desktop but not on the app. Everything is up to date. Everything is charged. Everything that is supposed to be turned on/off is turned on/off since I did nothing different since my last ride and all previous rides where the map was visible.
PLEASE Fitbit mods: please do not go through the boiler plate recommendations/questions because as I stated, nothing has been changed on the Ionic nor the settings between the map portion working and today.
Thanks to anyone with any advice.

Thanks, @FredFornicola - I moved this thread to the Android App Help Forum, since this problem appears to be specific to that app.

I also just found that even though all my data is recorded and shown in the main window of the app, when I tab to Speed and Heart Rate there is a message that says "Can not view when you are offline". I never had that before on any of my recorded rides.

Today I did 2 rides 6 hours apart. One ride tracked and provided a map and the other didn't. Both were started and stopped in the same way.
No one has any answers on this?

Unfortunately, no.
Is the map showing on the Fitbit.com Dashboard, but not on the phone's Fitbit App? If so, this is probably a memory/refresh issue with the phone. If it is not showing on either, it probably is GPS issue.
Other than that, no answers.

Just checked and yes, the maps appear on the dashboard. So what are you suggesting then I do with the phone???
Thanks

UPDATE:
Last night I decided to delete my Ionic from the app and start from scratch. I did two rides today and both showed all the data as it usually does AND the maps. Hopefully the reinstall was what was needed and it's not just a coincidence.
