My fitbit Alta tracks my walk I watch it while I am walking using my Samsung A5.  I finish my walk and finish the tracking but it never shows where I have walked.  Uninstalled and reinstalled app. I not sure what is wrong.  I like see my maps.  Please help.

Hi there @Poohbear79. Good to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

 

Now, I think you might be referring to MobileRun which is the option to track your walks, runs and hikes from the Fitbit app, is that correct?

 

When you do this, once you finish the walk/run/hike, are you able to see any error message? Or are you able to see the activity log but you don't see the map?

 

I can probably recommend just logging out of the app and logging back in. Also, you can try to see your activity log on your online dashboard using a computer and see if the map appears there or not.

No maps on the app or my dashboard.  But it tracks it everytime just doesnt transfer to my devices.  I can see where i walk until i hit finish then it disappears. Activity log is there just no maps. No error messages.

No it's still not showing even after logging in browser.
