Lost notifications on Inspire3

Recently lost notifications coming through from my phone. 

Tried restarting both devices, removing the tracker, forgetting the tracker on my Bluetooth, re-pair the tracker

The find my phone feature is not working, and neither is the test call.

I tried to switch to mirror my phone but that doesn't work either

Nothing seems to be fixing the problem. I noticed there was a recent update to the app, wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues.

I uninstalled the app, restarted my phone. Reset watch and restarted watch. At the moment its working. But it worked after doing this beginning of week then next day stopped again. So fingers crossed it stays fixed this time! Thanks

Hello, it appears something happened within the past day or so.
Some of the community members and I have started receiving notifications
again.
I have an Samsung phone running Android V13.

I did not receive anything from Fitbit/Google to advise an update was made.

When I turned my phone on this morning the notifications started up again.

Mine just passed the time of day where it failed again twice before, but this time looks like it's going to keep going! Possibly because I had an older version of Android (v. 11), I had to do the restart with the notifications turned off in the app, reboot, then turn notifications back on (didn't have to uninstall and reinstall the app entirely, just updated over the older version of the app I was using). Glad some of you got it back working pretty quickly, and make sure you do all those (annoying) steps one more time if you're still having issues with this. Let's all hope it's fixed now...

Nope, I did nothing. It just started working this morning on its own. I did the update and transfer to Google last Sunday, that's when it stopped working.

I think so. I got a notification buzz on a text message I had but it was faint even though I have it for strong buzz. It's better than not getting anything 😊Sent from my Galaxy

Is this issue fixed yet?  My inspire 3 is still not getting notifications.

Yes everyone that I've seen has had success restoring connection. Are you
able to chat or call tech support to walk you through it?

It seems to be working for some but not others.
Fortunately, mine is.

I did nothing but when I powered my phone on in the morning the
notifications started again.

As someone previously mentioned the updates roll out at different times
based on the type of device that is being used.
This may be the case for you.

I disconnect inspire from bluetooth, switched off both (smartphone and Watch) and riconnect from fitbit app.

Now i get my notification again!

It works!!

Anyone still having trouble might try disabling notifications in the Fitbit app, then doing a phone reboot, then turn back on notifications, I use the "mirror my phone" option. People are also being advised to force stop the app, and since I did an update maybe it force stopped by default, but I didn't have to do a manual force stop to get it working again
