Lost notifications on Inspire3

Recently lost notifications coming through from my phone. 

Tried restarting both devices, removing the tracker, forgetting the tracker on my Bluetooth, re-pair the tracker

The find my phone feature is not working, and neither is the test call.

I tried to switch to mirror my phone but that doesn't work either

Nothing seems to be fixing the problem. I noticed there was a recent update to the app, wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues.

True, but I've seen it happen with a lot of apps. I've joined as a beta tester for those reasons.

I'm not knocking what you found useful for you. Some may be okay with downgrading. So thanks for sharing your revelations. 

I just choose to help the developers and those around me.

No rollback to a previous version going to happen here.
Others may find this as a work around but it does not solve the
real problem.

Going to wait for the Android update that is apparently in the works and
see what happens.

Very true that rollback is only a band-aid, and this update would have already been issued as a hotfix if it were affecting massive amounts of users. With 4.21 though looks like the only thing I've lost is dark mode - frustrating enough, but I'll live with it until the bug is (eventually) squashed in a real update.

Sweet, thanks for letting us know the matter is being investigated. I for one would like to see the option brought back to easily roll back to the previous version of an app, since as someone has already pointed out inadvertently breaking functionality happens somewhat frequently as part of app updates.

I only started having issues with my notifications after I updated my OS. Currently running one UI V8.0, android version 16 on a galaxy S23 ultra. Tried all the same troubleshooting steps as others mentioned and no fix.

Seems like it's an incompatible Fitbit version with android...

Thank you for the info.  Mine stopped working last Thursday.  Saturday I called and the fitbit help person fixed it only for it to stop again yesterday.

I installed update to V 4.55 Monday afternoon, which unfortunately made it immediately stop working again. Sincerely, good luck to the developers trying to figure this one out! We'll have to be patient, and I for one will help any way I can. In the meantime, I'm quite OK using the older version I found. I'm using Android 11, Motorola phone, with Total Launcher, if any of that helps. Judging by all the posts, sounds like it's happening with many different versions of Android.

Dang I'm sorry. They'll get it together hopefully sooner than later.
I love my little Fitbit. Can't wear the bigger, regular watches because the
battery burns my skin.

There is supposed to be an update coming thar should correct the problem.

I have not done anything more to try to fix this myself but it seems
something may have been updated on the Fitbit side of things.

Have received a few notifications on Inspire 3 today.
Here's hoping this is a permanent fix.

Yesterday after I did their update, I got a notification buzz of a call coming in....but nothing else and today NOTHING 😔 😭 Sent from my Galaxy

Restart your inspire and try

You might also have to disable notifications in the app, reboot the phone, then re-enable notifications. This is what has worked (so far) for me.

Is there a fix for this yet please? I rely on my watch notifications at work so I'm really struggling without them.
