Recently lost notifications coming through from my phone.
Tried restarting both devices, removing the tracker, forgetting the tracker on my Bluetooth, re-pair the tracker
The find my phone feature is not working, and neither is the test call.
I tried to switch to mirror my phone but that doesn't work either
Nothing seems to be fixing the problem. I noticed there was a recent update to the app, wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues.

True, but I've seen it happen with a lot of apps. I've joined as a beta tester for those reasons.

Best AnswerVery true that rollback is only a band-aid, and this update would have already been issued as a hotfix if it were affecting massive amounts of users. With 4.21 though looks like the only thing I've lost is dark mode - frustrating enough, but I'll live with it until the bug is (eventually) squashed in a real update.

Sweet, thanks for letting us know the matter is being investigated. I for one would like to see the option brought back to easily roll back to the previous version of an app, since as someone has already pointed out inadvertently breaking functionality happens somewhat frequently as part of app updates.
I only started having issues with my notifications after I updated my OS. Currently running one UI V8.0, android version 16 on a galaxy S23 ultra. Tried all the same troubleshooting steps as others mentioned and no fix.
Seems like it's an incompatible Fitbit version with android...
I installed update to V 4.55 Monday afternoon, which unfortunately made it immediately stop working again. Sincerely, good luck to the developers trying to figure this one out! We'll have to be patient, and I for one will help any way I can. In the meantime, I'm quite OK using the older version I found. I'm using Android 11, Motorola phone, with Total Launcher, if any of that helps. Judging by all the posts, sounds like it's happening with many different versions of Android.
