Hello @Hagi27, welcome to the Fitbit Community, and thank you for all the information provided regarding your miles not showing up in your Fitbit app.

Before considering other options, please make sure that you've tried the steps here below:

  • Update the Fitbit app to the latest version available.
  • Log out from the application.
  • Restart your phone.
  • Then log back in, sync your Fitbti device and check if you're able to see your data.

I hope this helps, please keep me posted.

Hello @Hagi27, thank you for your reply; I've proceeded to send your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but I've been informed that you already have a case created with them, so you should be getting a reply soon for further assistance.

It's good to see you around in the forums @graf6292, could you please provide a few more details about what you've been experiencing? Or, if you experience any problem to complete the steps mentioned earlier?

I've tried all steps given. I have a charge 3 (brand new) and a Galaxt s8
plus. Everything says my fitbit is not connected. Yet it's right next to
my phone. Bluetooth is on. Fitbit shows up on my paired devices list.
Fitbit is on and charged.

Thank you for your reply @graf6292 , I've confirmed the Samsung Galaxy S8+ is indeed listed as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app.

What you've mentioned seems to be more related to a syncing problem; before considering other options, could you please confirm if you've also followed all the steps mentioned in this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? It's also important to keep the app updated to the latest version available.

Please keep me posted.
