I just charged my Blaze yesterday and its showing low battery already on slept and work in office... it's only  a year and a half old... what could be the issue?

Hi, @Princessdano! I'm not sure if it's the same issue you're seeing, but I got my Blaze when it was brand new (maybe 2 1/2 years ago?). I don't wear it all the time, but I have noticed that sometimes after a charge, it will go dead in about a day or so, but it usually still lasts the typical 5ish days. You could try cleaning the contacts on both the charger and the tracker, and also restarting your tracker a few times, but it might just be an artifact of the device aging.

What is safe to use to clean it with?

Fitbit recommends rubbing alcohol, but I honestly just use a little bit of mild soap and water!
