My macronutrients (grams) for carbs, protein, and fat do not match my nutrition facts (grams). What's the difference?

Same thing here.

My calories intake balance in grams is:

- Carbs 51% - 91 gr

- fat 26% - 20 gr

- protein 23% -42 gr

However when I go to nutrition facts where the details of fiber, sugars, vitamins etc is displayed I get the following:

  • Total Fat- 76.38 g
  • Saturated Fat -17.1 g
  • Trans Fat
  • Cholesterol -211 mg
  • Sodium 222 mg
  • Potassium 980 mg
  • Total Carbs 85.68 g
  • Dietary Fiber 32.3 g
  • Sugars 49.34 g
  • Protein 82.13 g
  • Vitamin A 750 mg
  • Vitamin C 66.6 mg
  • Vitamin D -
  • Calcium 0
  • Iron 2.52 mg

I've learned to cope with calcium not being present in milk or natural yoghurt (apparently). But I'm really intrigued with the nutrition facts not matching the grams in the percentages of the calories intake. Are these different things?

Thanks
