Make LG Stylo 5 compatible

Please make LG Stylo 5 compatible so that I can receive texts and calls to my versa device. App still updates with steps and such but I can't get it to connect through Bluetooth so that I get my messages, called and notifications.

I understand how you're feeling about your LG Stylo 5 not being part of our compatible devices list and while there isn't a guarantee that it'll always work, I'd suggest to give a try to the troubleshooting steps from our help article which have helped other users with unsupported devices. Make sure your Fitbit device is updated to the latest version.

In the meantime, you can submit your request in the Feature Suggestions board. This is the best place to share your ideas so other members of the Community can comment and vote for it. The more votes an idea receives, the better chance it has of getting the attention of the developers.

Thanks to both of you for joining this thread. Currently the LG Stylo 5 and LG Stylo 4 aren't part of the compatible devices list, and we cannot guarantee that they'll work correctly with the app and its features. As with any other app, the Fitbit app was designed and optimized to work on certain phones and tablets based on the requirements of each model and OS.

If you have issues to set up your Fitbit, please take a look to the troubleshooting described in this help article and if possible, try with a supported device so we can determine if the compatibility of your phone is the main factor of this situation. I'm sorry for any inconvenience and our team is working hard to add more devices to our official list.

We should have done better picking devices me and my wife just upgraded to the stylo 5 and do not have an upgrade coming in a very long time we just purchased the fitbit versa lite and it is not compatible I am upset by this this being our first step to smart watch and not impressed at the moment it has a lot of good features but would like to be able to use the thing we just spent so much money buying I hope there is a patch for this soon or we will have to return them

Our team is working hard to add as many devices as possible to our official list after ensuring the Fitbit app will work flawlessly on this model. While there isn't a guarantee that it'll always work, you can take a look to our Help Site and give a try to the suggested troubleshooting steps.

Has anything been done to allow the LG Stylo 5 to sync with the Fitbit Versa 2? Just bought the Versa 2 today and am so disappointed that its not compatible with my phone.
