Hi there @Kavish, nice to see you have joined to the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering which GPS feature are you using? Is it with connected GPS, MobileRun or does your tracker have GPS built in?
Make sure you are running the latest version of the Fitbit app; for more details please take a look at this post: Android app version 2.65.1 is now available - 1/25.
If you have this version try the following suggestions:
Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
See you later and keep me updated.

I use Fitbit on my mobile only without any fitness tracker, my phone has in-built GPS, accelerometer sensors to track the distance and approximate steps covered by me.

Hello @Kavish, thanks for the additional details and my apologies for the late response. So in this case you are using the MobileRun feature.
Since has been a few days, I'm wondering how it goes so far? Sometimes the map will present a delay to show on your exercise while it compile your data. If this is the case your app should be visible by now.
Just make sure your phone can identify your location and can track your location when you're not using Wi-Fi and the Fitbit app is open on your phone or running in the background, do not Force quit the Fitbit app or the GPS connection will be lost.
If the issue persists on a daily basis, just let me know.
