What's the point in even having this device if I'm constantly having to check my phone to see if I have a missed message, phone call, or email?!!! It will not stay synced to my Samsung phone and honestly thinks it's a waste of money! I purchased to have the convenience of not having to keep my phone on me at all times however some days it notifies me and others it doesn't. Completely frustrating!!!!!!!

We are not the alone ones. Ive been researching the web for the last 3 months for a fix and found hundreds of ppl with the same problem and they are still selling this junk and no tech. support to fix it. I try getting help also from Samsung and they said its a Fitbit problem witch i believe.
All my other device work very will with no problem on my Galaxy S8 Edge +. We all need to start reporting this matter to the Better Business Bureau to see if they can be of help in solving this $150.00 Fitbit problem.
