Menstrual Health not logging details

Hi,

Since a couple weeks the menstrual health part doesn't log anything I put via the + sign.

It works if you want to log your period length in the overall calendar view, but if you click on the plus sign on a particular day, you get the detailed view. And if you choose for example to add you had cramps or whatever, and click on save. it does not log it.

Nothing detailed is begin saved.

Try the following troubleshooting: 

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app 

- Force quit it > Clear cache 

- Restart your phone 

- Log back in and log details again

Try the following troubleshooting: 

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app 

- Force quit it > Clear cache 

- Restart your phone 

- Log back in and log details again

I have done this fix and it did not work. Sometimes it will take and sometimes it unchecks what I am trying to add as well. I have and android.

This doesn't work for me! There must be a bug in the new firmware, because I am having these problems too and exactly since the new update/synchronization.

This doesn't work for me.  I even tried ...

1. Log out

2. Uninstall

3. Restart phone

4. Re-install

5. Log in

... Menstrual Health still won't log ANY details. (Mine started over a year ago with not allowing me to update the log data, but has progressed to not logging at all.)  I've submitted issue to FitBit Support about every 4-6 months and the official answer is still the same "We are working on this issue and will email again when there is an update." ... There's never been an update/resolution/new-suggestion.  Resubmitted a new case # again today.

Having the same issue. Force stop & restart did not help. Started with the most recent update. Please help

Same here. Mine qit working in April. I tried everything recommended. Really would like this fixed. I have been a fit bit customer for several years.
