I'm sorry to hear that you're going through this situation after updating the Fitbit app. Thank you so much for the steps you tried prior to contacting us in order to bring back the heart rate tile.
Please note that our main purpose is to avoid negative experiences to our customers, we're always willing to help and provide troubleshooting steps. If this happened after updating the Fitbit app, I'd recommend tapping the Discover tab > Health and Wellness Stats. Tap the stat you want to add (heart rate), and tap Add to Today.
