For a month now I haven't been receiving name & message on my Alta HR. I have called the Fitbit help service & they couldn't help me. I have everything synced & everything turned on. Any ideas?

To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know which Android mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this?
If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Alta HR are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

So we can move forward with this situation and because you're using a Google Pixel mobile device, can you please let me know if the operating system version of your device is running Android 10? If possible, please send me a screenshot of the messages app settings. You can refer to this post to attach an image into your post.
