I have one on one messages that go back to January. when I started using the app I remember that messages would just roll off of the app every 30 days. With all the updates do you think that maybe that got skewed or something?

Hi @Kenn.Sanchez. It's nice to see you around the Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, and let me help you with your inquiry about the notifications. As you may know, currently there isn't an option to manually delete those messages as they'll be removed after 30 days or when you receive new notifications. I understand how helpful it'd be to have an option to delete those messages in the Fitbit app, and I'd recommend to add your vote to this idea posted in the Feature Suggestions boardThe more votes the better the chance of getting the attention of the developers.

Hope to see you around!

@LizzyFitbit, please read the message from @Kenn.Sanchez. The messages are not being cycled out by the system. This is a fitbit fault that needs correcting. The suggestions are only being made because the app isn't doing what it should.

Oh well, it's been 6 months and no reply.  I guess good customers don't require a response from a decent tech.  This will be the last Fitbit I purchase.  Hopefully Google will have better customer service with the fitbit product in general in the future.  If I ever buy a fitbit again.
