Welcome to the Forums @Jdurfey15. The reason why your tracker is not working with your phone is because Samsung Galaxy 6 Plus is not a compatible phone. I recommend checking our list of Compatible Mobile Devices and in the meantime, you can sync your tracker with your computer. Keep an eye on our list for any update.
