Mileage error on the main tile

The mileage on my dashboard does not match the mileage when I tap on the total  miles walked. It is always a few miles,begins my actual mileage

Welcome to the Forums @Sueosenni.

 

I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on. Could you take a screen shot of what you are seeing and then share it here? How many miles are showing up?

 

In the meantime maybe you could try to log out of the app and force closing it. Then, reload the app and log back in, that should force the data to be downloaded from the servers again.

Thank you form your response. It EVENTUALLY all syncs. But takes til
overnight to do so. I'll send a pic when it happens again.

Thanks for that clarification. 

 

I'll be sure to check the pictures if it does happen again. Hopefully it will not and you will be able to sync properly without any issues.
