@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.

Take into consideration that it's needed to wear your device for at least 1 full day (during the day and to sleep at night). Check your stats after you wake up in the morning. Note: skin temperature requires 3 nights of data. Also, most health metrics require at least 3 hours of quality sleep.

I'd like you to make sure that your Inspire 2 is set to On Wrist in quick settings. Once this is checked, the Heart Rate setting should be turned on in the Settings app. Then at night, only wear your tracker to bed and your sleep will be automatically tracked.

For full information, check out this article How do I get started with Fitbit Inspire 2?

Hope this helps.

I haven't had a reading in 4 days. I have it set for non dominate wrist. Not sure what is meant by quick settings. I have a setting but nothing says quick. It has worked fine til now. Nothing has changed except I'm not getting reading sent to my phone.

@SunsetRunner Thank you for getting back.

To access quick settings, press and hold both buttons then choose the On Wrist option mentioned previously. For full instructions about Inspire 2, feel free to check the Product Manual
