Missing sleep data on the Fitbit app

Hi, I'm missing a big chunk of my sleep data from last night. I've tried suggested solutions from other posts here (e.g. restarting watch, log in/log out of app, re-sync).

I'm using a Sense and v3.41.2 (20243568) of the Fitbit app.

The missing sleep is from ~10:30PM last night until 2am, when I woke up because our air conditioner turned off. The only data I have is from 2am - 8:50am this morning when I woke up.

I've seen other sleep issues before, but it seems to "settle" eventually if I give the phone and watch time to sync to one another. No such luck today. I'm especially bummed because this is the first decent night's sleep I've had in a while and I was excited to see a higher sleep score.

It may be you didn't get 3 hours of continuous sleep in the first period, but you can try manually editing the sleep period from 2am to 10:30.

Every so often NONE of my sleep for the night gets recorded. The frequency varies, but roughly once/month, however twice last week. I consistently sleep ~7 hours, sync frequently and the battery has not been low during any of these events. Heart Rate data is there when this happens, just not the sleep. I have a charge 2. Software flaw?

@FredSTX Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.

It's odd what you're experiencing. I'd like you to double check that you wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight. May I know if you receive sleep patterns instead of sleep stages?

Hope this helps.
