Hi @1028Cshort, good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community. I would like to know if you are seeing an error of format? Or any other abnormal behavior at the moment to upload your picture?
In the meantime, I suggest to try the following steps to make sure your app is not failing.
- Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings.
- Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list.
- Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and finish this workaround by restarting your phone.
- When your phone has initialized again, go back to your app and try again.
In case your picture is not uploading from your mobile app, I suggest uploading the photo from your fitbit.com dashboard instead.

I have the same problem but I can’t follow the instructions because I cant even log out. The is no profile pic, no account info, nothing. I need to turn off an alarm but I can’t even get to that!!

I appreciate the efforts done in order to fix this. I'd like you to confirm that the latest Fitbit app version is installed on your phone, it should be 3.44 for Android and iOS.
Try force quitting the app and then check if you're able to turn off the alarms. May I know the phone model and OS installed?
