Missing ticks

I've set myself the goal of having a whole month of ticks on the exercise page (2nd page when you click on the 5/5 of exercise this week tile) but for some reason it's only showing the latest 16 and saying I did no exercise for the first 9 days of the month? I've been sweating my butt off and doing about 90 minutes every day and the ticks used to be there so why has it just wiped a whole week?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

I have had this same issue for years. It seems fitbit can only record a certain number of exercises (for example 30) so if you do e.g. 40 different exercises in the 4 week period, the starting ticks seem to dissappear. Very frustrating.  

 

I also run on android version 3.39.2. But this has occurred many many times on different versions, different phones and different fitbits. 

 

Hopefully fitbit realise this and fix the issue so we can get a full board of ticks without them disappearing!!
