Best Answer@CharsdesignsI'm pretty sure the app varies from iOS to Android. I'm on Android 5.01, so it might be different from the newer versions.
When I open my app, it allows me to have the following tiles: Steps, Floors, Miles, Minutes, Calories, BPM, 250+ Steps per Hour, Sleep, Track Exercise, Weight and Water. I choose not to have all of them showing. Selecting "Edit" will give you all the available tiles. You hit the plus sign to get rid of them and touch the check mark sign to save any changes.
Hope you're enjoying the new phone and your Fitbit.
Best Answeri have the same problem. Tiles disappeared from my app and not steps or sleep have been tracked since Saturday. I have restarted my iphone, set up a new account with a differet email address, restarted my fitbit alta, turned blue tooth off and on. Nothing has worked. It seems to me that the fitbit does not stay linked to bluetooth. It keeps dropping. What else can I do?

You posted in two different areas and mentioned two different phones. Which mobile device are you using - Android or iOS?
On my Android, if I go to the bottom of the dashboard, there is a grey button "show hidden tiles" and when tapped, any missing tiles reappear.
Have you been able to sync?
Let us know.
Best AnswerI have a Galaxy S6. After clicking Edit on the dashboard there is no option called Hidden anywhere. The only option is Done or each tile has a minus sign on it for removing the tile.

You're right. The app has changed since the original poster asked about missing tiles. Are you missing any?
Let us know and happy stepping!
