Mobile Run not working

So, I tried using Mobile Run today for the first time in a few days. I never had a problem before. It's my first time using Mobile Run since applying the latest update. My timer kept starting an 1:00:00, messing with my pace. I tried restarting the phone and app.Other times it would keep time correctly, but wouldn't record distance. I never had an issue like this before. Phone is an Alcatel One Touch. Thanks for your attention.

A warm welcome to the Forums @RWalz. First, I recommend verifying that your phones is a compatible mobile device. If it is, please reboots your phone and test MobileRun, it should work properly.

My phone is not compatible, but it has always worked in the past. The latest update(2.29) must have made the MobileRun feature incompatible with my device. Shouldn't have updated...doh!

@RWalz A new version of the app has been released. Try updating your app and see if you can now use the MobileRun feature.
