Mobile Track not syncing in Android App

Hi guys!

So I used to have a Fitbit Alta, but because Bluetooth issues were a problem, I stopped using it and decided to use MobileTrack. It was working perfectly yesterday, but this morning it will not refresh and go back down to 0 steps. It is just adding steps to yesterday's steps but in today's date. Yet when I look at the website itself, it has yesterday's tally and then 0 steps for today, so neither of them is right. There's no option to sync in the app where it has MobileTrack, I usually just pull down to refresh and it eventually refreshes. But now no matter what I do, whether I force quit the app, restart my phone, it is still showing steps from yesterday. What do I do?

Thanks!

With enough restarting and logging out I now have this:

So it is back to 0 but not calculating any steps still.

Just tried unpairing to pair back up and now it is no longer an option, uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. This is way too much effort for something that doesn't work...

Android syncing has been repeatedly breaking for the last few days - prepare for a 'community support' post of "do these things" to respond here - the things don't work.  Getting actual tech support is a nightmare these days!

Yeah I'm honestly going to give up, throw my Fitbit in the trash and also delete the app since MobileTrack is also useless. It was available yesterday and not today? Makes no sense.

Time to say goodbye to something that causes more headaches than it is worth.

Hi @melephant.rhino  the reason their isn't an option to sync with mobile track is because your Fitbit app handles mobile track directly.

As for why it disappeared, apparently this is currently a know issue.

Why not put your screen shots in your posts with notes so we may understand what you want us to see.

The three screen shots weren't enough?

They marked it as solved, but if you're looking at this thread, they did not in fact solve it. It's still an issue, it still doesn't work one year later. Garbage.
