Mobile track not available to Samsung Note 9 after latest update

After the latest app update, the Mobile Track is not available in the device list.

Before the update, it worked fine!

I uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app but the issue remains. There is no option to choose the Mobile Track.

Please fix this issue.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if you have a Fitbit device currently setup in your account? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

I have an Ionic device connected in my profile.

But I have tried to remove it and check if the Mobile track is available, without success.

I have also performed the instructions that you suggested, but nothing happens.
