Syncing difficulties with Versa 2 and Honor 8x

Hi, 

 

I've been having a tough time wkth my fitbit versa 2 since it doesn't sync with my phone. Please help. I've a honor 8x. Nobody has been able to help

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Honor 8X mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Hi Ricardo,

Thank you for your response. I have tried all of it for the last 3 days
since last Friday.

I even deleted the app yesterday, unpaired the phone, switched off the
phone, and Fitbit.

Even then the **ahem** notifications did not sync. Trust me I am really tired.
