Does anybody have any advice how I can get my versa 2 to receive notifications from my android phone?

Hello I've followed both parts to the troubleshooting but it is still telling me I need to restart my phone.

I have the same issue, I made a forum about it a few weeks ago, and the mod said it was a known issue and they were looking to resolve it. They've since put out a new update, and the issue is still the same!! And now this current mod is telling everyone to just check the steps on how to get notifications.... I'm really frustrated, I had no issues before getting texts and other app notifications, and now all I get it that same issue in the OPs picture.. please restart phone. But no matter how many times you restart your phone it doesn't solve anything!
