Phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 which is a device that is compatible with MobileTrack per the Fitbit device list. The phone and the Fitbit app are updated to the latest versions.
When I click my profile icon and then select Set Up A Device, there is no option to select MobileTrack. The only choices listed are the various Fitbit devices.
Why isn't MobileTrack showing up as a choice?

Looking at the instructions (which I have not used), it looks like you get Mobile Track via "No Fitbit yet".

Best AnswerI don't know if this would work, but you could try removing your current tracker from the app, see if you can then set up Mobile Track, then add your tracker back as a new device.
Best AnswerSame issue here with a Samsung Galaxy S10. MobileTrack is just not listed as an option. The support info says to set it up IN CONJUNCTION with your existing tracker, so I don't see that removing your currently attached tracker would solve this problem. I would also think you'd risk losing your current data.
