MobileTrack not logging steps

Hello, I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 and have the fitbit app installed on it. I'm certain it used to log my steps but at some point it's stopped and I've tried adding on mobile track but it's not there as an option when you go to device, but on the list of acceptable devices it does show Samsung Galaxy S10 so I'm not sure where I'm going wrong?

 

Would anyone be able to help?

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Samsung S10 version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
