I put my Fitbit on to charge this morning and forgot to pick it up before I went out at 9am. I got in the car and remembered but thought never mind my phone will track it (always had mobiletrack set up). I've walked pretty much all day and I've got back and realised even after syncing the app only shows 672 steps from between 7 and 9 this morning when I was getting ready - nothing all day. If I remove mobiletrack and re-add it I suppose it might relink but I know it won't apply steps retrospectively so I've now not met any of my hourly step goals or my daily goal (even though I definitely have!!) And it just won't add my steps? I'm so frustrated. Any advice? Or just don't depend on this feature in future despite fitbit saying it works?

Hi @Chl0hilt0n, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you would like to add the steps that were missing the day you experienced the issue with the MobileTrack feature, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on our help article: How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities? and let me know if you experience again the same issue so I can further investigate.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
