I'm having trouble syncing my charge HR to my Samsung s7. Samsung can't find my charge HR does it need updated? Has been in drawer for over a year. If update needed, How do I do this.

Since you haven't used your Charge HR in a while, I recommend you to learn more about how to update the firmware version of your Fitbit device with the information that's specified on this help article to check if there's a firmware update pending.
