Is anyone else dealing with mobiletrack inaccurately logging distance of runs? My routes are also inaccurate - I'm running in the street but when I look at the map, it has me rounding off corners and completely missing some streets. If you look at my attachment, it says that I ran 3.71 miles (at the top), but on the map it states 3.14 miles. I have no idea which is right. That's the difference of running a 8'48 mile and a 10'27 mile! What's the point of having this crap when you have NO FAITH IN THE INFORMATION IT YIELDS?! I've raised this issue in the past but never found a resolution - does anyone have a fix?

Hello @Pauliemacsr, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums!
I appreciate all the information that was shared on your post, thanks for the screenshot too. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Which Android mobile device you're currently using? Do you have a Fitbit device?
Let me share with you that your distance is estimated by your stride length. By default, stride length is calculated using your height and sex. If you feel that your distance estimate isn't accurate, you can adjust your stride length by following the instructions in How do I measure and adjust stride length for my Fitbit device?. Also, please check: How accurate is my GPS data? for more information and details.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
