I recently spent $150 on a Fitbit Versa 2 that is suppose to recieve calls, texts, email, and other notifications. I'm getting phone calls...when it decides to stay connected. I have a Galaxy S10. I've called customer support and, not surprising, they blame the phone (which could possibly be part of the problem... the updated system). Regardless, if I pay for a service I expect the service.
