I have the Galaxy S10+ and when I first got my Versa 2, everything worked fine. But now, not so much. I get phone call and email notifications with no problem. But no matter what I try, I cannot receive text messages. I even called customer support, took me through a step by step process to fix this issue, which worked for all of 5 minutes, if that. And I'm still not receiving text messages. At this point, I'm tired of trying to figure out what the issue is. Is it my phone??? Is it Fitbit's compatibility with my phone??? Or is just the Versa 2 itself??? I wish someone out there could shed some light on this problem, so that I can get it fixed.
