I bought a new fitbit versa this weekend and it doesn´t synchronize well with my Motorola Moto z2 play. I am also using the watch to see my blood glucose levels on, so it is important that syncing is working right.
I had checked this before and then i got no warning that this device should not be compatible.
Can you please tell me what can be done ?

Welcome to the Forums @motodebruin.
I'll be moving this thread to the Android board as I think it is better suited for it.
This might be happening because the Moto Z2 is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.
As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing.
If none of the above works, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

Will the Motorola play z2 ever be put on the compatible list? This is so frustration. I'm very surprise our limited the list is.
