I just bought a new phone this week and didn't even think to make sure it was compatible with Alta.  It is a Motorola Moto Z Droid and I think it just became available this week via Verizon.  I am wondering how long it takes for Fitbit to make a new phone compatible.  Thanks.

No, just found out that Fitbit does not support the new Motorola phones!  Unbelievable, unacceptable. But I am now stuck with a $200 device that is not supported. Customer service was no help.

On another thread someone posted this:

I just set everything up on my Fitbit App and then went into my phone and
turned all the permissions on. Make sure to Enable Notification Widget on
your FitBit App. Then at the top right click on the 3 little dots and click
Send a Text Notification.

I did the same and now get calendar, text and phone notifications on my alta.  BUT not because Fitbit supports the moto z but because this guy found a work around.  Hope this helps.
