Motorola Moto Z4 not pairing with Fitbit Charge 2

I am attempting to pair a Motorola Moto Z4 with a Charge 2. All of the relevant literature and helps suggest it should be easy to do. Unfortunately, my phone does not even seem to be able to see the Fitbit Charge 2 (a hand-me-down) to pair it.

The Fitbit app seems to be working perfectly well, I have checked settings in the Bluetooth section of settings, and I am now at a bit of a loss.

Thanks for reaching out about the pairing of your Charge 2 with your Motorola Moto Z4. I will gladly help you set up the Charge 2.
