I have the Charge 2 and Flex. I go back & forth between the 2 all the time with no problem.
I started a StepBet game and today is the 1st officially day. All was good this morning with the Charge 2 till I switched to Flex. Step bet shows 9873 in steps at 11:53am and Fitbit shows 9435 in steps and synced moments ago.
Anyone have this problem before & How do I fix it? I have contacted Step bet also.

Hello there @Maintance, thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community! I was reading your post and I saw your step count in StepBet is not the same as your Fitbit account shows. How it goes so far? It is possible this was a delay to compile your tracker's data.
In addition, I'm wondering if you have your two trackers paired in the same account?
If this is the case, keep in mind your Dashboard will run an algorithms that reconcile the overlapping data according to certain criteria. (For example if one of your devices has GPS data and the other one does not, we'll choose the GPS data when calculating your total distance since GPS is a better indicator of distance than step-counting alone). In your scenario it is possible the data was presenting a delay despite the fact your tracker was syncing minutes before. So for best results, when you switch your trackers remember to sync each one before removing it and start using the other one.
Let me know if you need more help. I'll be around!
