There are multiple times I have had 250+ that it doesn't count it. In the steps coubt, it shows 250 or more, but on the 250+, it doesn't. If I loo online at my dashboard, it's has it marked, but not the app.

Hey @Msdrbroderson is great to see you around! Let me share with you some steps to make it work:
1. Clear the Fitbit app Browser Cache by logging out from the Fitbit app, then go to your Phone settings > Fitbit app > Clear Cache > Clear Data > Force Close the app
2. Turn off the Bluetooth and also your cellphone
3. Restart your tracker
4. Turn On your cellphone and also the Bluetooth.
5. Finally, Set up your tracker as a new Fitbit device

This did not work. What is on my dashboard at fitbit.com is not the same as my dashboard in the app. There are still hours that had 250+ steps that show marked on fitbit.com, but not on the app.

Very strange @Msdrbroderson ... Would you mind to provide screen shot showing this discrepancy with your Dashboard online and your app?
Have you had this issue since ever? Have you checked that your Fitbit app is up-to-date?

Here is one from today in which the steps in the 9:00 AM hour were 272 and it did not give me the 250+ steps @MarreFitbit @TarinFitbit
