My Blaze recently started having issues syncing with my Android app

I've had my Blaze since March 2016, and I've had very few issues.  However, recently I've had an issue syncing with my Adroid app [Version 2.38]. I have to restart my phone to get syncing to work again, and it's gotten to the point where I am doing this daily when I rarely had to reboot my phone in the past.  I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 and I'm running Android 6.0.1. My location settings are properly turned on, so I'm not sure what's causing this recent complication.  I'm just looking for some ideas or help!

@Val95kb, have you tried just turning off Bluetooth on your phone, waiting a short period of time, and then turn it back on again before trying to re-sync?  I've had Bluetooh "crash" on my Android phone a few times, and turning off, waiting about 10 seconds, and turning it on seems to correct its problems.

I have tried it once or twice, but maybe I didn't wait long enough?  Although I'm unsure if it's my bluetooth crashing because I've seen times where my Fitbit One will still sync. I will try that when I see the crash today.  Thanks!

@Val95kb Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Did you reset the Bluetooth just as @USAF-Larry suggested? Turn Bluetooth off, wait 10 seconds, and turn it back on.

Also, I recommend performing a restart on your Fitbit Blaze. That should certainly help out fixing this syncing issue.

Let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy

I have tried the Bluetooth reset, and that has not resolved the problem.  I find it easier to reboot my phone instead of restarting my tracker, but maybe I'll try that next to narrow down if the issue is my phone or my fitbit.
