Any solutions? I used to have a Note 4 then upgraded phones to the Note 5. It isnt on the list of compatible phones, fine ok.... I figured I would just re-pair with my note 10.1 tablet. I had them paired before with no issues what so ever but now, my tablet wont recognize the fitbit. I have restarted it, turned bluetooth off and restarted that, I have tried everything short of master resetting the tablet. Any other ideas? I do NOT want to have to reset the tablet 😞

Hi @ehogeland it's great to see new members around! Let me see if I can help. Ok let's start with your new phone, the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, did you try to pair your Charge HR with it? because that phone is currently not on the compatible devices list so I can't guarantee that it won't sync, it might be.
Now it sound pretty weird that your Charge HR is not pairing with your previous phone. You mentioned that you already tried to restart your tracker and reboot the Bluetooth, in addition you can take a look of this article which has instructions to fix syncing issues.
I hope that works! Please keep me updated.

I guess the main issue at this point is that none of my devices even see the fitbit. Its almost like there is not bluetooth activated on the fitbit. It was previously working as I stated earlier so I am at a loss... calling customer care. Its starting to really frustrate me!

I'm having the same issue. My fitbit used to work fine with my phone (except the occasional delayed sync requiring me resetting my bluetooth or restarting my phone). But 2 weeks ago it just stopped syncing. I did all of the usual resetting with no success. I disconnected my fitbit HR from my fitbit account to re-add it as a new device, and then unsynced it from my phone's bluetooth, only to discover that my phone would never recognize the fitbit existed again...
I then plugged the fitbit into my Mac to at least sync my 2 weeks of data before seeing if I could reset the fitbit HR somehow. When I downloaded the fitbit program, which told me to use my computer bluetooth to sync, the program wouldn't recognize that my bluetooth was on! "make sure your bluetooth is on". IT IS!
So I am completely stuck, every piece of advice has been already done 5 times or doesn't apply to my situation.
So needless to say, I'm having a fit with my fitbit.
To make matters worse, I'm also signed up for a charity for fitbit steps right now...
