My Charge HR wont sync

I have a Samsung SMT331.

My Charge HR wont sync.

Mine just stopped syncing too.  My phone no longer can find the device via Bluetooth.

My has stopped syncing since 2 April 2018. Tried reinstall still cannot sync.

Mine just stopped syncing. After lots of forget charge HR n repairing seems to work but still temperamental. My Bluetooth list doesn't show charge HR too

Go to Product forum and looked for the post that says Fit bit Bricking....follow the instructions and you should be up and running.   Hope this helps.

I found the post. What to do after downloading the file. I have a one plus 3. Do I need to do it on my computer?

I had an online chat with Fitbit and was only advised that I am out of warranty period and my Charge HR was already old (December 2015) and may have to be replaced.
I went ahead to perform a factory reset and now it's syncing again.
Strongly believe the apps is faulty after recent version upgrades.
Hope it helps fellow fitbit user who faces syncing problems.

Good to know a factory reset MAY help...mine stopped syncing May 4,  with so many having the same problem makes you think there is something on the end of the app that changed.  Thanks for the advice!
