My Fitbit device is not syncing

Multiple people with different Fitbit watch's, some have apple phones and I have an android are not syncing to app. Please help last day of workweek challenge.

Last sync was 2:47 eastern. Can’t get Charge 3 to sync. Uninstalled app. Re paired device. Rebooted device. Rebooted phone. Forced stopped app. As the previous person commented it says it syncs but does not.

Update: my fitbit and my sister both just synced  😁

So glad I'm seeing this. Just got a Versa 2 and have spent two hours repeating the same steps over and over again. Windows 10 app is a little more helpful and reports that it can't connect to fitbit.com

There seems to be a lot of issues with the app lately.  Hopefully,  they'll resolve this ASAP!

Seems like I lost the ability to synch when they got rid of the erroneous notice to restart my phone to receive notifications.  Managed to synch once on my Kindle but even that is not syncing now.

I am in the same boat of having just received a new Versa 2 and we've almost lost our minds repeating the same steps over and over again. Have you had any more success?

My Inspire has also been unable to sync with my Android phone for the past three hours. Since a lot of people are experiencing this with different devices, I'm hoping it's just a temporary server issue that will get resolved soon.

I am having the same problem with my Alta HR. I unpaired the device. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It was working fine most of the day, until about 6 PM tonight EDT. Workweek challenge is almost over...need to get this working.

Mine stopped syncing a  couple of hours ago . Something must be going on where is fitbit support?

I have a charge 3 and at 200pm today it stopped syncing. I have an android phone. It says it's synced, but no change to any of the values. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Shutdown Bluetooth, turned phone off and on, etc.

There seems to be a syncing issue going on with the Android app as you can see from the posts on this thread as well as other individual posts.

 

Is your IT team aware of the issue and are they working to resolve the issue?

I just tried to sync again and it worked. Hopefully, this is the end of that problem.
