My Fitbit device stopped receiving notifications after uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app

My phone was not syncing last nite. I deleted and redownload app. Now I still am not getting text/email on watch. I checked the chrome and web view and have no updates

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

My watch is syncing with my phone, but my watch is not getting any messages or texts

@Jmckee64 Thanks for confirming that your Fitbit devices is not getting notifications. 

Please note that my previous post addressed the issue with the notifications. I'd recommend taking a look at both help articles as well as making sure that your phone meets the requirements to properly operate with your Fitbit device.

I’m having the same problem with my iPhone 11. I have rebooted, deleted, reinstalled, Bluetooth on/off, and still not working.

I found out that the Charge 3 will stop working in approximately 6 months.

I have the Samsung J7 refine. My phone and watch are syncing my steps and sleep, but I am still not getting text, calls or emails.
