My phone was not syncing last nite. I deleted and redownload app. Now I still am not getting text/email on watch. I checked the chrome and web view and have no updates

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.
Despite meeting the above requirements, the following devices often exhibit compatibility issues that cause our products and services to not operate properly:
If your phone is not on the list above and meets the requirements to operate properly with the Fitbit app, please try the steps provided here Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and Why are notifications delayed or missing?
Last but not least, if you're getting an error message in the Fitbit app, please let me know what it says so I can go from there.

@Jmckee64 Thanks for confirming that your Fitbit devices is not getting notifications.
Please note that my previous post addressed the issue with the notifications. I'd recommend taking a look at both help articles as well as making sure that your phone meets the requirements to properly operate with your Fitbit device.
