My Fitbit has been playing up over the last 2 weeks and not syncing with my android phone. I have tried everything suggested to no effect. My Bluetooth is on but does not list my Inspire 2.
I can't get through to customer service. Please help!

I appreciate the details shared. Please make sure that this troubleshooting has been performed. If you have tried that, let me know if you're getting any error message while trying to sync and provide me with the phone model that you have plus the OS installed on it.
