Sorry, I'm a little confused by the title of your post & your question. 

It would be helpful to us to know which Fitbit you have since that will determine what features are available. It would also be helpful to know what smart watch features you are wanting to have. Also, it would be beneficial to know what is not working on your device.

That said, the newer fitness/health trackers are including some features of a smart watch, like app notifications, quick replies, and GPS.

We look forward to getting more information so we can do our best to help you.

• Does  anything on it workwork? 
• Does only some functions fail.

I have a Versa2. Sometimes it finds my phone. Not always. Now it has the wrong time. It also runs low on the battery too frequently. Like every 2 days. Please May I have a phone number to call
