My charge 3 isnt tracking steps

Hiya I've just had a replacement charge 3 and since setting it up it's not been tracking anything apart from sleep ,, how can.i sort this please xx

G'day mate,  I'm having the same problem,  I bought it a few months ago , set it up and it's been working fine until 2 days ago when it's now frozen. It shows the time and date and that's all. I've tried everything from reading the destructions and still no good. Yet my Charge 2 that I've had for years is working perfectly and I've never had a problem. Got any ideas?

I haven't a clue I've just done a reset on my charge 3 now its showing the wrong date and all sorts so I am going to ring fitbit and complain again ,,, good luck with yours
