My fitbit is acting wonky

Hi. 

Today my fitbit went blank. I tried getting the face to lightup but it took several minutes. It is fully charged. 

I have it set for notifying me of yexts, emails and phone calls. I'm not getting any notifications.  Please help.

You might have two issies. 

First thing is when asking about a Fitbit device, it is helpful to include which device. 

Does the tracker light up when it is suppose to? 

Are you able to check if notifications are turned on, on the tracker itself?
