Since purchasing this fitbit Charge 3, I have nothing but problems. Practically every day I have to troubleshoot the thing to get it to pair with my Samsung galaxy s8, by resetting my device, or unpairing/pairing, etc. I am sick of it. A couple of days ago, none of my troubleshooting has been working, I am unable to pair my device to my phone, laptop, or my husbands phone. I do not understand why this device is giving me so many problems, charge 2 had no issues. Right now my device says, last synced November 29th at 5:03pm, but it has some data showing for today on the dashboard (totally random numbers), and incomplete data from yesterday. I am so frustrated and on the verge of throwing this thing in the trash!!!

Thanks for trying to get your Charge 3 to sync with your S8 before posting in here about it. I definitely understand how you can be very frustrated about this situation.
It is possible that your phone bonded to the Charge 3 and then the connection was corrupted. Let's try to restart the connection from scratch:
- Go into your S8's Bluetooth setting and look for any Fitbit devices that show up in there.
- Remove all Fitbit devices that show as paired to your phone.
- Then restart your phone.
- Finally, run the set up process once again as if you were using a brand new Fitbit.
