My fitbit will no longer syncs with J3

My fitbit quit syncing Sunday night. I've read the forums and it says my J3 is not a compatible device with the Flex. Did this just happen? I've had my J3 for months and it worked with my fitbit fine.

If it was working ok before then we should be able to get it working again.

 

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file:

Mine has done the same thing.  Fitbit says we have to try and sync through a compatible device and hope our J3 syncs.

Thank you @BadBuster . I do have a dongle. It's just nice to see my steps in more "real time" and not just when I get home. It suckes that all of a sudden it's not work and hinders my step challenges a little but not impossible.

My fitbit one last synced on Sunday and I have tried everything but to no avail.  It is synced with my S8

@pazmills if you've tried all the steps in message 2 of this thread (including multiple restarts) and it still won't sync then it's time to contact customer support:
